Physically inactive and want to get back into the swing of things at your own pace?

Been advised by the doctor you need to be more active?

Looking keep yourself in a good shape?

Answered yes to any of these? Then come on and join our mobility workout group which is aimed at those aiming to minimise the effects of aging or just wanting to socialise whilst doing something good for the body and mind.

Every Tuesday 10 am till 11 am and better still its only £1

The class is ran by a well liked and incredibly experienced and qualified instructor Steve. He will ensure the exercises are given in a way best suited to your ability.
